We do expect returns, But due to the nature of our product and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thesolaraway@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship world wide. 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

   To ensure the product was used correctly, you must provide one of the following:
   
   
   A daily photo or short video showing the product applied to the treatment area
   
   
   Or date-stamped progress photos taken every few days
   
   
   Or a time-stamped usage log with images of the product in use
   
   
   

Refunds will not be issued if:

  Photos are missing, unclear, edited, or taken under different conditions

  The product was not used consistently as directed
  
• 
  The claim is submitted after 30 days from delivery
